I haven't read the books, but based on the games only Triss is much more attractive.
Not a matter of apparence, but of personality.
I feel like Geralt is a good dog with Yennefer, and more like a man with Triss.

At first I thought it was funny but when that hideous beast occupied 1/3 of the bedroom in toussaint I knew... never again

Yennefer is the canon choice so I went with her. But if it was my choice in real life, then definitely Triss. Women like Yennefer are insufferable outside of fictional love stories. She has a very disagreeable and demanding personality which will inevitably lead to an unhappy relationship. Triss, on the other hand, is the archetypal caring woman. She'd make a great mother too.
