If you want a game that has not too much story, but a lot of fighting, you are better off searcing under FPS games (there are even some combat driven RPG's). An story based RPG will never satisfy you that much..
If I had known the game was "story driven" and relied more on story/cutscences than actual gameplay I would not have purhcased it in the first place and wouldn't have posted here.
And you 3 trolls will be happy - I did request a refund and will go away to leave you to your epeen basement bedrooms.
Wow, gotta love the wealth of empathy and kindness among those with the "Git gud" gamer mindset. Guess the pathetic really need to find puerile ways to feel superior. "I am better story gamer than you!" Real mature, guys.
In short, the intro is always there, even when you reload a save or travel to a different map. It's nagging but it's something lazy game devs put in to make the simple minded feel like they're immersed in a story, when it literally just acts as a refresher to those with memory related brain deficiencies.
There are mods that remove it, as it really does nothing for the story, it's just Future Ted narrating back to you things you already know because you've obviously already played the relevant content that would prompt the tidbit of intro.
Give Nexus a check if you haven't in the few years since this post.
Touché
This game clearly isn't for your type.
You had to dig up a years old thread that was already years old the last time it was necro'd? If people haven't figured out this game is half rpg lite and half cutscenes by now dunno what to say.
Then I beat the 1st chapter, and he was *back* in the tub, getting rubbed down, with real close up shots.
Then it's off to pick out what frouffy lace collar to wear for the king's court.
This isn't the game for me. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
