Fps drop after downloading hearts of stone

Ive noticed that after dowloading hearts of stone my fps has dropped from a good 50-60 fps gobally to around 35-40 fps globally. im not sure what the problem is and ive tried a lot of tweaks to fix this but still the problem lingers. My system is an intel i7 5600 with 16 gigs ram and a gtx 970m and i have all my drivers up to date. Have eny of you guys experienced this problem? i read that it could be something to do with the graphics card drivers and the games settings not being in line or something requiring you to rollback your drivers. Another fix i tried was the one where you remove the config file and let steam repair it. Have any of you guys figured it out? im stressing out cus i wanna play the expansion sooooo bad.

Well, i have FPS drops like this only at some places, not globaly. Byways for example, is a small unhabited ville, the FPS suddenly drops to 20-27. There's actually nothing we can do about it. Just wait for patches. Or disable Hairworks. I didnt try it, but sure it will help

i disabled hairworks since day one but its frustrating not being able to pleh now q___q i used to be content with 30 fps but now it seems soooo laggy. I hope cdprojekt fixes it soon.

Yeah, i know how you feel. I was ok playing with 25 fps before. But now, anything below fps looks laggy to me haha

omg idk what happened but the framerate went back after i tried the game again. woooo im so happeh
