Enhanced Legendary Wolven Gauntlets in NG+?
Hello folks, I'm currently on NG+ and I have all the diagram for the Wolven set up to mastercraft except for the Enhanced Legendary Wolven Gauntlets. My guess is that it's the Scavenger Hunt part 2 as I check my journal. However, I cannot find the map/item to trigger the quest. I tried every single blacksmith and armorer in Velen/Novigrad and Skellige (or at least I think I did).

Does anyone remember whom I can get the map/item to trigger the quest from? Or where is the diagram located?

yeah but that's not true for NG+ because the quests are somewhat different so I cannot get the items from them.

Different how? Not to my experience.

well, I don't remember where I bought the maps to trigger the quest but I've finished every Scavenger hunt for Legendary Wolven gears except for Scavenger hunt part 2, acquire every single diagram except for the enhanced legendary wolven gauntlets. So now I need a map to trigger that Scavenger hunt 2 quest.

However, when I went back to those blacksmiths/armorers as you mention, either they don't sell the maps/items to trigger the quest or they sell the ones that I've already read. I also checked other armorers/blacksmiths in Velen/Novigrad and Skellige.

Fair enough, on my NG+ the scavenger maps seem to be in the same places as normal play. For sure the actual treasures are in the same places. If you remember where they are you don't really need the maps at all.

For example while doing Kiera's quest on the island (fairly early in the game), headed south on the lake for the small ruin island as I knew one of the wolf upgrades is there. And it was.

that could be of use. Yeah, I remember some are at the same location. I'll go back and check if there is any location that I've missed. Thanks for your info.

Pointless and misinformed.

Yes, you will have them on you or in your chest at the start of NG+, but they will be obsolete pretty guickly once you start leveling past L35.

In NG+ you will instead find "Legendary" versions of the same Witcher sets (in the same locations as discussed). Visually they're exactly the same, they are just of higher level starting at L41 for the Legendary "regular" and ending at L65 Legendary Mastercrafted stuff.
