CPU temps skyrocket when entering the menu...

Every time i enter the menu to change weapons or craft potions or look at the map or whatever, the cpu temps shoot up so fast like its trying to fry my processor...
In game at completely maxed out graphics with everything enabled it barely hits 55 Celsius for the cpu and 45 C. for the gpu.
The moment I enter the menu the CPU temps instantly skyrocket to 75 Celsius while the GPU stays at around 45 and isn't affected.
My cooler and all the fans jump to 100% like the menu in this game is the most intense benchmark test its ever seen.

WTF is going on ?

I have:

Motherboard: Msi mag x670e ace

Cpu: Ryzen 9 7950x3d

Gpu: Gibayte Aorus 4090 Waterforce Water cooled with a built in 360mm aio.

Ram: Corsair Dominator Titanium 64gb 6000mhz ddr5
Ssd: Samsung 990 pro 4tb

Hdd: Seagate ironwolf pro 20tb

Cpu cooler: Lian li galahad 2 trinity performance 360

Psu: Corsair HX1500i

Cooling:
3 front intake Noctua NF-A14 IPPC-3000 RPM140 mm fans

3 bottom intake Noctua NF-A14 IPPC-3000 RPM 140mm fans

2 rear exhaust Noctua NF-A12 IPPC-3000 RPM 120 mm fans

The cpu cooler radiator and the gpu cooler radiator are both 360mms and are mounted on the top side by side with the 6 fans in exhaust config.

Except - and maybe I'm ignorant - he said this happens in the menu. Were it his settings, shouldn't he get more heat while playing?

that cpu doesnt even thermal throttle until 89C, so who cares
