How to fix screen blinking and flickering?
Sometimes it blinks to black for a few milliseconds when I'm walking or when in conversation.
And there are some spots where the screen will flicker to white like inside a house with spiderweb.

FYI, I have the latest update, latest nvidia driver, and all drivers are up-to-date.

Specs:
HP omen 16 2022
Ryzen 7 5800h
Rtx 3070
32 gb ram
1tb

I have tried to:
- change borderless and full screen
- play with other graphics setting, ultra to high and vice versa
- vsync on and off
- disable steam overlay.

What else?

Is it normal?

All other games I'm playing are okay.
Like rdr2, battlefield 1, forza 4....

I love this game and the performance is not bad around 90 to 100 fps.

Cpu around 90 - 93 celcius
Gpu around 75 celcius while in game.

But it bothers me.... Is it the game? Is it my software? My windows? Very curious.... Please help.

Thank you in advance.

It's a known bug, shadows cause flickering. CDPR has no intentions of ever fixing it. They've known about it for a year and a half and still haven't fixed it.

Toussaint is even worse.

Did anybody find a solution since this discussion , I was looking for it online but didn’t find anything?
I don't know if this will help, but I also faced this problem, but on pc, so the solution was to disable G-Sync, after that all the shadow blinking disappeared.
