Why can I not find White Gull?
I have searched everywhere. I have examined everything from every herbalist in the base game and both DLCs. In 3 playthroughs. Never, not one time have I seen anyone seeling White Gull. I've consulted Tomeira, Keira, and the guy on Skellige. No one sells it.

Where do I get this?

There does not appear to be any recipe. I have the filters set to show me all alchemy creations, including those for which I do note have all the ingredients. Yet there still is no entry for for "White Gull"

You can buy the recipe from almost any herbalist in the base game, you can even loot it randomly from any chest in the world.

How can I buy it from them? When I ask the herbalists for what they have to sell, all I see is a list of herbs that I already have. Literally everyone from White Orchard to Toussaint. Nobody has it listed. There is no white gull.

Oh my. I just realized. I understand the problem now.

I was looking for White Gull under "Alchemy Substances" category of "Alchemy" But it is not under that. It shows up under the "Alcohol" category. I do have the recipe and I can craft a ton of it.

All this time I never bothered to look under the "Alcohol" category because I thought it was only stuff like "Dwarven Spirits" of which I have about a miillion.

Nevermind :-)
