Crash during transition to post Ciri: Breakneck Speed Cutscene

The game keeps crashing at the end of Ciri's Story: Breakneck Speed. I walk through the door (or tried jumping over the wall once) and I usually get a loading screen for a half a second, and then a black screen for a while, then the game crashes. For the life of me I can't figure out why.
