Xbox Save to Steam?

Is it possible to use my Xbox save on the Steam version of the game?

If there's one thing I've learned from playing games, it's that devs do everything they can to avoid this ... They maintain different versions on each platform, so you can't transfer your backups from one to the other.
Now, I could be wrong about that, but it would really surprise me...

they enabled something cross-platform related with the next-gen update, so i think you can transfer the savefile as long as you log into your gog account on the xbox version (updated to the next gen patch), upload the savefile there and then download it through your gog account on the pc version. but I'm not 100% sure
