FLAWLESS RUBY

im trying to craft the master sword,and all im missing is a flawless ruby. Any one know where i can buy or find one? and yes when i dismantled the noble rings they give you only rubies not flawlesss

Nope, i went to both of them and neither has them. They have ruby doe.

Almost any armorer/blacksmith seems to have flawless gems at least that's my impression ever since I started checking just in case I don't have enough to build and upgrade all witchers gear to max. In the end didn't have to buy any gems but merchant inventory could be level dependent...

Believe the guy in Midcopse is Amateur level. Armorer, even though he's actually named Swordsmith whom you free as a Person in Distress who later turns up in Mulbrydale, also sells Flawless gems and he's of Amateur level too. I'm guessing they all might just sell them.

I meant player lvl actually. Like with alchemy formulas in chests.

Yea ik that's what I'm asking. Do you have to be a certain level to have the ruby avaloable?

i'm level 38, Hattori has 2 flawless ruby. I have one from i don't remember where, so i only need to buy 1. Never thought i would need this flawless ruby, luckily i haven't dismantle it to make a ruby dust

Not sure if it´s 100% chance, but you loot one from Witch Hunter guarding Dandelion in A Poet Under Pressure quest - in dwarven hut - and for LostDoggo, I have it on level 18

I was on lvl 19 and couldn't find this fluffing ruby at any of the craftsmen, wanted to craft a silver sword in advance. As soon as I reached lvl 20, the fluffing ruby is in every craftsman inventory! So probably it's level-based
