Can't Unlock "Can Quit Anytime I want" achievement

I've made Geralt drank over 10+ pots(1 or 2 decocs as well) at the same time. My upper screen is full with two rows of pot effects, yet for some reason the achievement doesn't unlock

I've just unlocked two other achievements so I know others are still working.

Any ideas gents?

Some archis need dlc/expa to unlock? Because I try the "return to Sender" i killed around 5, with full hp and deflecting arrows...

Pd: truearchi auto refresh without reason in steam, firefox or chrome Dx

It's BS if you pardon my language since this achievement existed way before HoS.

Sorry but that's not correct. 13 achievements were added to the game with the patch that preceeded Hearts of Stone's release and they were specifically linked to the expansion.

Those were:

Return to Sender
Can Quit Anytime I Want
Wild Rose Dethorned
I Wore Ofieri Before It Was Cool
Killed It
I'm Not Kissing That
Let the Good Times Roll!
Shopaholic
Curator of Nightmares
Pacta Sunt Servanda
When It's Many Against One...
Moo-rderer

In fact, many noticed they weren't able to unlock some of them because they were linked to the expansion and weren't achievable before its release such as Return to Sender or Killed It.

So, at the end I didn't understand. Do I need HoS to earn the "Can Quit Anytime I Want" or not?

Yeah you need it because they are linked to the expansion. They were added to the base game I suppose because CDPR believed most people would be buying the expansions. Easier for them, I guess.
