Bug---I can't continue the "Family Matters" quest

First, my English is not good, so pardon me please.

I Finish "Ladies of the woods", and talk to baron about anna, but he doesn't move to swamps, I also go to his daughter's house in Oxenfurt, but his daughter is not there all the time.

I can't continue this quest, please help me!

The thing is the part you want to get to, triggering the next quest, Return to Crookback Bog with the Baron, can't happen until you do the quest about the Tree. It's probably also not letting you talk to the Baron yet or visit the daughter in Oxenfurt.

Check your journal and see if you have The Whispering Hillock quest there. If so, do it. Then everything should be working again. Then go try to talk to the Baron again. If you did the tree quest, try leaving the baron. He should stop you and give you a doll to bring to his daughter. That may be what's preventing you from meeting her.

Thank you, @BuzzardBee. I have finished the tree quest, but Baron didn't give me the doll. I think maybe i used the "Fast travel from anywhere" mod, so he didn't have a chance to stop me...

Is this a bug? How can I fix it? I don't want to play it again, cause I have finished lots of quests after this quest...

Doing other quests can sometimes bug it, yes. Did you try leaving the Baron again, without fast travel? Just go to him, try to talk to him again. You'll probably get the same dialogue options again, but then just try walking out and away and see if he stops you for the doll. Worth a try anyway.

I have tried many times, morning, afternoon, night, anytime, he never stops me, and his dialogue options is always like the screenshot, maybe only the game producer can fix this...
