NO UNDVIK ARMOR?

I have just reached level 35, and was told I could buy the level 41 version of the Undvik armor at level 41, but the armourer is still selling the level 16 one. Do I have to be level 41 to get it, or is something wrong? I've seen people with the 41 armor at level 34, but I can't find. Any input would be much appreciated.

BTW I have Witcher 3 on GOG.

just hit level 35 (from 34, playing dlc) and there is NO undvik armor offered by that vendor.

yeah, i have all the dlc. yeah, something's broken af. :/

might be late but there is an extra dlc for skellige armor

I've not noticed the level of the Undvik armour change like that within a game. Are you sure that the level 41 version wasn't from a NG+ game?
