Level 3 Enchantment: Replenishment. No fire damage... Less than one second on fire...
Replenishment: Casting a sign uses anadrenaline point and imbues your next weapon strike with that sign.
The description of this enchantment is wrong, the sword don't strike with the power of the sign...

Tried it with Igni, my sword became able to set on fire 1 enemy spending an adrenaline point, but... only for 1 second and without damage... Is it a bug? An adrenaline point spent doing basically nothing, when I could use it to cast my sign at full potential.

I was so happy being able to alternate sign and sword...
At this point what's better rune or enchantment for a sign/alchemy build with wolf gear? i am lvl 41 in NG+

I went with the one that restores 25% of stamina with every death blow. Got it on both swords.

My stamina fully recharge in 2 seconds without potion or decoction. I wanted "replenishment" because on paper it was perfect for a hybrid build sword/sign.
My idea was increase adrenalina regen with potion and decoticon, alternate when possible Igni and the sword attack imbued with the power of Igni, so i could alternate Igni with sword, making gameplay much more fun. But the sword imbued with Igni does 0 damage, so, only a waste of time and money.

You can get it removed and get something else.

I also find Dumplings truly useful. Food heals twice as much.

The problem is that I am in NG+ now, hope I don't need other 30k money to unlock enchantment again xD

Ahh, got it.

I've decided against NG+ myself. I will either wait for B&W, or start fresh from level 1, rebuilding Geralt from scratch with different choices. (And some choice mods I didn't use the first time through.)

Good choice, also because I am level 40 in new game plus and I can tell you that at this level you can easy kill almost every of the strongest boss of the game, even if they have the red skull and the lvl "??". I know this because I like to spawn enemies with console just to have some challenges fight
