None, you'll just see a sex-scene if you did right, she'll still refuse to go with you though - no matter what you do.

It makes no difference at all either way, it is like Keira Metz's "romance" in the main game.

In the Books, Shani slept only 1 night with Geralt, Geralt let her after. In the Witcher 1 i don't remember, but it was probably awkward...

The advantage is, you get to see her naked.

On my first playthrough of W1, I chose Shani because she seemed to be into sex for the enjoyment, not try to ♥♥♥♥♥whip Geralt like Triss.
