Legendary Feline Silver/Steel sword location(s)?

I've successfully found the legendary feline armor, but I have yet to find the legendary swords, and I've explored the entirety of White Orchard and I only have 3 "?" left in Velen. Any ideas? I'm pretty sure that my remaining unexplored areas are in the far lower reaches of Velen, so I suppose they might be there, but I really want to be sure! Thank you!
