Report a translation problem
Are you talking background music? in the towns and villages? or the wilds?. The background music is cyclical.
EDIT: Tried the "Secret Entrance to Putrid Grove" sewer fix (near glory gate in Novigrad) I keep reading up, and that seems to have fixed it? Worth a shot.

Well I take back what I said. Earlier today I fast traveled back to Novigrad from Toussaint and now Novigrad's music is stopping and starting repeatedly. I give up. Devs, please look into this and fix it. Thanks.

Yeah this problem was introduced by the last major patch as far as I know. I finished my second playthrough a month ago so I'm done for awhile now. Maybe by the next time I want to play it the music will be fixed.
