Devil by the well cant dive?
Title.

in the well swiming but i cant dive to reach the bracelet or escape

I've had this happen before, some things that hel for me is either just climbing out the water and getting back in. Or saving and reloading in. For me any of those always fixed it, so I never bothered looking into it further, but I assume it's a little bug that sometimes happens when you jump into the water with a sword out.

New at using this message board, so if mistakes sorry. Use "C" to dive deep while swimming. Use "Space" next to ledge when climbing out. GL
