I myself use the Gog version and no matter what version of the game you own you get the soundtrack and a few other things for free.
Other than that : Check the Google Play store, you can buy the entire soundtrack there (both the main game and Hearts of Stone).

I'm assuming the original menu will have the proper music to it, but could be wrong, so I linked the theme one so at least you get the music back. (if they cant be used together that is, but most likely not) (luckily that cool lookin 50% opacity works together since it doesn't mess with the background)
