Both those two will sell you all the maps, two each. That covers all of the gear. Armorer sells the Basic and Enhanced and the Blacksmith sells Superior and Mastercrafted.

Now I've seen a couple of web sites that claimed this may have been changed so I'll post that information here, just in case.

One site claimed:

Basic -- sold by Armorer in Oxenfurt, which I found curious since there is no armorer in Oxenfurt.

And that same site claimed:

All three remaining maps were sold by the Armorer at the Bridge to Kaer Trolde.

So, just check those two guys at the Bridge to Kaer Trolde and you should be fine. You may have to meditate and wait for one or the other to show up or be able to trade with you. They seem to have strict working hours during the day.

Good luck.

I will give this a go. Thanks mate. Appreciated.

Oxenfurt has both Armorer and Blacksmith, 100% confirmed and everything.

Armorer should be in the northwest, it's kind of hard to miss when exploring town on the Baron family quest.
