~110 average with fairly high lows. (Feels like it never dips below 90)
Only time I have had any FPS problems was going into the Putrid Grove, tanked to 50FPS and forced me to restart. Other than that, it's been a flawless experience
I would strongly recommend avoiding 4070 ti though. It's a neutered 4080.
Edit: This is on a fairly clean Windows 11 install and newest nvidia drivers

It should give you more fps.
if you're willing to spend more than 1k on a GPU I would say just go for the best available.
And for the FSR is "ugly, looks awful" i'm 100% sure you never tested or touched a AMD gpu of your life because i played several games with FSR balanced / quality and I never saw a single detail that change than native resolution
On average I get 90 frames, maximum additive was up to 75 frames.
If you use DLSS quality then an average of 110 frames
Hairworks on.
RTX all on (perfomance mode)
DLDSR 2K / DLSS Balanced / frame generation ON.
