Yeah, unless you're trying to specifically level up for your build, gold all the way. Grandmaster armor is not cheap.

I use dismember too. I don't quite get what does the 5% more gold exactly do? Like there is really no gold on most of these enemies and just few coins if there are some. Most of the money comes from selling swords and armor. Maybe I just haven't noticed if kills give gold.

One gives you more than 5 gold. If you want to upgrade several of your Witcher Sets to Grandmaster, you are going to need a lot of gold.

When you get to Toussaint, put the Golyat(sp?) trophy on-it's the prettiest.

Gold, experience and dismemberment are my favorite trophies.

The griffin/ archgriffin one for looks, the gold one once for effects because you need ridiculous amounts of cash for even one grandmaster gear let alone all of them since it costs you around 30k per set.
