what are you talking about , I think you are just confused...
if it is too hard just change difficulty setting ...
you can get some extra rewards form red launcher but nothing special or overpowered...
it should give you stuff in royal palace in vizima , if it works you would immediately get roach card in inventory.
it says my rewards when you enter game next to options.
it gives some armour and weapons but nothing special .
anyway if you have everything installed then it would say it in game menu in options... (like alternative triss etc)
the red launcher is just extra stuff not the dlc...
all dlc in here:
https://www.ign.com/wikis/the-witcher-3-wild-hunt/DLC_and_Expansion_Packs
if you have complete edition then you get all dlc
if you have some more questions just ask , but I am just casual player so I cant answer too much.

That said, as I understand it, there are two parts to this - there is 1) everything included in the Complete Edition (base game, Hearts of Stone DLC, Blood and Wine DLC + 16 free DLCs), and 2) the additional content you get for free through Redlauncher, they call "Rewards", not DLC.
1) From the Witcher store site:
"Below is a list of all the 16 free DLCs released since launch:
Temerian Armor Set,
Beard and Hairstyle Set,
New Quest - 'Contract: Missing Miners',
Alternative Look for Yennefer,
Nilfgaardian Armor Set,
Elite Crossbow Set,
New Quest - 'Fool's Gold',
Ballad Heroes' Neutral Gwent Card Set,
New Quest - 'Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear',
Alternative Look for Triss,
New Quest - 'Contract: Skellige's Most Wanted',
Skellige Armor Set,
Alternative Look for Ciri,
New Quest - 'Where the Cat and Wolf Play...',
New Finisher Animations,
NEW GAME +."
For these 16 DLC, it can all be found in-game, (though I think the alternative looks need to be selected from the first menu before you start the game). The new quests and such should just appear automatically. The Skellige, Temerian, and Nilfgaardian armor are available to buy from 3 different merchants. (Merchant by the inn in White Orchard, Quartermaster where the Baron is, and Armorer in the main Skellige castle.)
2) The Rewards are the ones you'll find in the Royal Palace in Vizima: the flowers armor & weapons. ... Though i just realized that I have everything but not the Roach card. I need to look into that...
Hope that helps!
Some stuff I find, have installed both exp pack, have Fool Gold mission, but now, I think can find other missing stuff and collect all 16.
In Vizima, I received just a White Tiger armor lvl11 I think. 1K Flowers and Roach card not there...
Another problem is Redlauncher...can't find it...install GOG galaxy but Redlauncher can't to find nowhere. Just a zillion advice to avoid and uninstall that annoying Redbozo :))) So, never will receive my rewards :(
Realy not understand that ridiculous try to be smart developer and make buyer/player game experience of game so complicated. Gimme my stuff and let me to play in peace. Like a chemicalx say, I'm not pay to be a Sherlock Holmes :))))
You're welcome, glad it was helpful :)
For your question about Redlauncher - I'm not quite sure, because I open the game from Steam, and when I click Play, the Redlauncher window just pops up. It's not a separate download, it's a launch window where you now pick whether you want to open the game in DX11 or DX12, and click Play to launch the game.
But it sounds like you're opening it through GOG, not Steam - does the game open without an in-between launch screen? You should still be able to get the rewards if you link Witcher to the GOG account... I think you said you bought through Epic, so maybe you just need to now link/activate in GOG. But I'm not sure how that works, since I don't use it.
Oh, and if you do get that figured out, FYI the Roach card may still not appear for you. I didn't get it with the other rewards, and read that you need to install/play the free standalone Gwent game first (maybe just one game?), and then I guess it will just appear in your Gwent deck in Witcher 3 after that.
