CPU usage was improved in 4.02 already, although it could be better, but at least high-end GPUs are now seeing proper usage levels.
RT performance is harsh on hardware but somehow I don't think that's going to be an issue here. RT is going to be harsh for several GPU cycles still, hopefully AMD can resolve their ray trace gap sooner rather than later. Latest Cyberpunk RT update demonstrated that the quality/demand can be cranked up quite a bit more to soak any hardware improvements for years to come.

The 1660ti is not a 4k card. It's a medium-range 1080p card. And does its job flawlessly.
I finish Witcher 3 first time in 30FPS
But now in 144FPS on 144HZ with RTX make a HUGE diffrence :D
On mine 4070 To without DLSS and without Frame Generator have 50-60 FPS
With DLSS3 and Frame Generator have over 160FPS in 1440p
FSR is usless for me if I have DLSS3
