Wider FOV for Close camera?

I really love the new close camera, very immersive, but it is TOO CLOSE!

The mod "Wider Field of View and no Focus Mode zoom in" no longer works on 4.03 - is there another way to change the FOV?

you can change the camera all you want including first person

you need to install 4.03 from the comment section of that mod

make sure you follow install instructions and run script merger.

Dang, no script compilation errors but getting the error: Error [content0]game\gameplay\effects\effects\other\oil.ws(177): Could not find function 'ShouldAutoApplyOil'

Dang, no script compilation errors but getting the error: Error [content0]game\gameplay\effects\effects\other\oil.ws(177): Could not find function 'ShouldAutoApplyOil'

I used it right now so I know it works, this error means you have one mod that is breaking the mod.

usually other sense mods do that.

also set priority of this mod to be = 1 it would then use this mod instead of others when making merges in script merger

no problem , I am a bit sad that mod called friendly focus does not work with this mod , as both mods edit same file in different way. (I dont know if doing both in script merger would help)

I liked friendly focus as it has a lot of nice features for witcher sense. (that immersive cam does not have)

There isn't any option for it in the game Mods UI.

I did move over the XML files into the \bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc\ folder.

you have to edit the dx 11 filelist and dx12 file list file found in bin/config/r4game/userconfig/pc

then there would be in game called mods in settings

you have to add this to both files at the end (leave one blank after this )

ImmCamMenu.xml;


then run script merger


then in game to get 1 person you can zoom camera exploration to x7

(though it seems to tank fps)

so many options lol, this will take an hour to tweak haha
