[BUG] Griffin armor, blue reflection with RT

The griffin armor causes blue refections around Geralt. I had noticed that the crossbow on the back suddenly had a blue sheen. I couldn't explain it. The medallion also had a blue sheen. I later noticed this in cutscenes as well. Then I changed some gear and lo and behold, it's the griffin armor. Their model for the RT calculation seems to be faulty and therefore glows blue.
I haven't noticed this with other armaments and otherwise I haven't had any issues with graphic errors or the like.
Annoying, because this armor is the best for my spec, even if I don't like the look of it that much anyway. I'm considering completely re-skilling just so I can use a different armor to get rid of the blue glow.

I started playing with 4.0.3 and unfortunately there was no improvement with 4.0.4. GPU is a 4090 with the latest driver.
Of course, the best way to see the error is in the mirror. Has anyone else noticed this error?

Yes I had this issue. And I had purple window reflections in Novigrad

Note this isn't actually a fix.

Both bugs are so ugly, but last I checked there wasn't a way to report bugs to CDPR

Luckily I've found that in the meantime and this halfway fix has also concealed most of the errors.
But yes, there is something wrong with the materials and CD Project should actually correct that.
Also Hairworks hair is sometimes darkened too much in shadows.
Or they receive no light from the herolight, which is why the face is then illuminated more brightly than the hair...
