Maybe it's the Brothers in Arms Mod - but I'm not 100% sure.

The Radial Popup / Input seems to be caused by
modBetterTorchesNextGen
Rename it to
BAK_modBetterTorchesNextGen
an try again. By this way you can try and error all your mods.

Sorry for not knowing a better way.

I have Quest Objectives and it works.
But AutoLoot and NoWeight Limit make the game crash... playing without them... Argh!

Your mod folder has an outdated version of playerWitcher.ws, you need to update that script.

You can wait for a mod author or, compare playerWitcher in your mod folder with the playerWitcher in steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\content\content0\scripts\game\player\

And then add the lines of code necessary for your specific mod. For me it was AutoLoot. I updated my playerWitcher.ws file in my respective mod folder with the necessary lines of code for the mod and the game works perfectly fine.

Does anyone know why it gives this error?

I've been having the same exact issue, probably a mod, but I have absolutely no idea which one it is.... I'm tired of W3 updates breaking things and loosing time lookin for what mods causing this -_-

МУЖЫКИ У Кого ошибки пишет при запуске удаляйте моды по очереди или пачками ,их надо заного качать с нексуса,обновленные
у меня к примеру был моды LevelScaling и maobjectivesfull
перекачал их заного и все стало норм)

нет модов вообще !!!!! играл в чистую игру обновилась и все жопа переустановка проверка не помогает что делать
