Level 100 is the max level. You can't get your char's level any higher. And once you have finished the game and the DLC's, you will be around level 50 -60 ( taking your time, doing a lot of exploring, etc. ) and should then do a NG+ run. It is without question, the most fun way to play the game. At least is for me.
When i started ng+ i was at level 45.If i will play the game from the beginning to the end of blood and whine -the game will work.Like enemies will be on my level or little bit higher?
They will be your level when you start. I played with enemy upscale turned on, so the enemies where always the same level as my char. But in some areas, they will be higher level than your char is.
The enemy is buffed some also in NG+. They have more hit pts and do more damage even when they are the same level as your char by default. But your char should be geared much better then when you played the game for the first time. So it is not as big a issue it would seem to be.
I can tell u excatly when i left... as soon as i'd completed "A poet under pressure", since that triggers the B&W DLC
