does the red haired bruxa from the trailer have a quest ?
she's visible in the main menu Aswell, what's her story? or is she just dead as of garelt killed her in the trailer and the scenes in the main menu was prior to they're fight ?

Yes. Complete her quest and you'll see why Geralt wanted to kill her.

There's no quest to kill her but you do encounter her in Blood and Wine, the trailer is set after the game

Although there is a bit of a continuity issue, because Orianna isn’t a Bruxa, but it’s definitely her.

FWIW, I also thought that figure was supposed to be Orianna. I thought it looked more like a striga than a bruxa. Then again, maybe it's a bruxa that forgot to put on its makeup before going out...?
