Wolven Steel Sword - enhanced - not able to craft

As the title states, the Wolven set does not provide the option to craft the enhanced version of the Steel Sword once you have located the diagram.
The diagram also does not show up in the inventory crafting list. This obviously prevents the set from being completed and renders the Superior and Mastercrafted diagrams useless.

Not to sound presumptuous, but are you certain you completed that scavenger hunt? It's not in your list still?

Also not all Blacksmiths can forge all blades, i dont think a amateur blacksmith can craft those... I could be wrong, never been a issue, since i always get access to a master level blacksmith, i had it from level 3...

Yes to both, have tried Hattori and regular smiths and located the diagram. There also seems to be a common bug of this nature referenced on Google and Reddit.
This is also my 4th playthrough and I'm at level 30 and never encountered this before.

I dont think, i've gatherd the Wolven set yet.. I prefer the cat gear, BUT i figure, I could try and duplicate the bug.

EDIT: grabbed the Wolven set, except the Silver sword... Any-way, i crafted the basic Wolven sword, then I could craft a legendery version of the Wolven Steel Sword, I dont think there is a enhanced...

BTW I powered both crystals an jumped though the portal, no bug there

Just came across the same issue. I've completed the wolf school scavenger hunt part 3 and 4 but the enhanced steel sword recipe is missing. Was there any solution to this?

Yes, there's 2 locations of the diagram. From memory, the one located in Kaer Morhen at the ruined watchtower is the correct one. The one located in the Baron's well is the one that seems to be bugged.
