try turning off nvidia reflex and see what happens also try switching asynchronous setting also install the new driver
it was what was giving a similar issue on dying light 2 update
This is super interesting because I notice this in multiple games. The same thing happens in Hitman with DLSS and in Cyberpunk 2077. After exiting the menus, the game is a little bit chunk and the framerate drops and slowly rises again. This seems like an overall DLSS 3 issue rather than a game specific issue.
Turning off NVidia reflex stopped the stuttering when leaving a menu?
not just in the menu, it was the game performance. dl2 was stuttering and bad performance displayed. Turning off reflex solved it. i havent finished patching yet so i dont know what awaits me in this game.
Dx12 - 20 fps (no RT)
DX11 - 66 fps
True but the devs dont do a great job with the perfomance sadly
I don't use RT anyways but shame for Dynamic resolution, FSR/DLSS and other DX12 goodies. Maybe they will fix it in time.
And now even RTX 30xx cant run it nicely and smoothly - loosing fps in many places. Not sure if this is the best cooperation outcome Nvidia intended.

I have between 80-110 FPS with every Option Maxed with Raytracing active in DX12 Mode.
System:
i7 13700k
RTX 4080
32GB DDR5 Ram
Corsair MP600 SSD
Maybe u should try to activate Frame Generation, this is bringing a lot of performance.
