Need help with script merger

Greetings,

Looking for legit help in understand in what the ♥♥♥♥ I'm even suppose to do with this script merging program. It's confusing as hell and for people without coding degrees like me, the pages are devoid of instructions.

So I'm only trying to install 5 mods atm and they are all for the next gen version of Witcher 3 so I know their versions aren't a problem.

However, so I've watched numerous video guides for this program and I can't understand anything what I'm supposed to do after I select all of the mergable conflicts in the big checkmark list and hit create selected merges.

Then it opens KDiff3 program which I can't seem to close in any way. Trying to read that text gives me a headache but it'll just say merged result hasn't been saved. I'll try to save in the upper file options but saving is disabled? What in the world am I supposed to do? The videos and text guides don't explain this whatsoever let alone cover it.

If someone would PLEASE help me for the love of god, I would greatly appreciate it. I can't figure this out and all I want to do is play with some mods.

I did install the mods manually in the mods folder but running the game through the witcher 3 mod manager.
