Help me! Quest Master Armorers.

Start the quest normally then I was playing when I came back with the tools to continue the quest I couldn't. I already went to bed, I saved and came back, I already installed the game, it doesn't even have a mod. I've looked everywhere and I can't find anything talking about.

Why can't you? There is no dialogue about it or they aren't there?

There is simply no option to open a dialog with either of the two, it only shows their names

Go to the castle in Velen and speak to the armorers assistant, then after the cutscene you have to wait a week, from what I remember.

First step go to Skellige and go to Undvik get tools from cave (troll guarding)
Next back to Velen give tools to Master armorer (lady near the Dwarf) go and kill arch griffin north of crows perch.
Get acid gland from griffin and give it to armorer you get short scene where nifgaardian general shoot xbow and test which armor is better. Quest complete wait one day to get armor gift from master armorer lady.

I got the tool from Undvik, but there's no way to deliver it because there's no way to talk to the blacksmith, or the assistant, it only shows their names, there's no dialogue option.

Meditate. If that doesn't work, save (in a different slot, just in case) and reload.

Did you try fast traveling away and back? How about restarting the game altogether?
