If you have a rtx card that can benefit from ray traced lighting and shadows then next gen update but if you dont care about those then hulk hogan texture mod is all you really need. but you also have to consider the new camera angle, new quests, new sets and other quality of life stuff they added with next gen patch (and new bugs).
