Playing with graphics setting also doesn't help.
Because if you had mods in 1.32 they will still be there after update - or after reinstall, for that matter.
Fact. Need to be manually deleted.
Often a bug gets introduced when starting a game. It is a basic troubleshooting step, give a try...
Or, Sounds like a driver problem...
As to how to test it now on 1.32... I'm not sure how to do that.
Verified game files, all as they should be. Drivers are all up to date with no newer versions available... haven't tried to uninstall but I guess that will be next step if something else doesn't work.
It's just transparent when I look at it from the shore. If I jump in I still swim and get breath meter when diving.
Not a driver problem (at least I hope not) since they're all up to date... could be a save issue but I can't figure out why.
But why was DirectX 12 causing problems just for Witcher 3 and not for all the other games is another question.
Thanks everyone for help.
Also, NOTE not all GPUs support playing in Dx12 anyways: https://www.techjunkie.com/what-gpus-support-directx-12/
