Bug? In the Eternal Fire's Shadow *spoiler*

So I have stripped this mine out 100% yet I have 2 options

go fight 4 plague victims that take no damage
go fight a witcher that takes no damage

I *know* i need a vial, that i should have a beastiary entry, that I should be able to create the philter

But none of this is in my game.. ?

The potion you need will be at the bottom of the alchemy list under quest. You also need celandine. The cave will give you the rest when you find reinhart or whatever his name is stash.

I did this quest , what level are you? And what difficulty are you on?

(I finished it at level 3)
(Story difficulty , everything was easy but the last boss caused me few deaths :/ , wonder how it is at higher difficulty.

Im level 8 deathmarch

I am sure i have found everything because i recall dialogue about the potion but i just have no option to make it, its not under my alch quest items list to craft and no entry in the bestiary.. i have a save before entering the main gate so i might have to re do.... :|
