Is there a mod for reduce graphic with mod?
Im playing on very bad old laptop, i had 15-30 fps in witcher 2 on lowest settings (not lowest resolution but anyway), is there exist some mods that extremely reduce graphic settings, so i can play somehow?

If it's just about the GPU, try DirectX 12 then antialiasing to FSR and set it to ultra performance. It will probably look muddy due to super low resolution but that seems like the most efficient way to get extra frames. Or it might at least look somewhat better than straight-up lowering resolution.

In game set the settings to low

And in :

user.settings (In Documents), / witcher 3

You can edit the settings to even lower values.

You could try nexus mods, but if you're only getting 15 fps on witcher 2 then I don't think it's really possible to play, maybe if you rolled back to 1.32 version.

Seems like Witcher 2 runs at 30-40 fps when Witcher 3 runs at stable 30 so the gap isn't that massive.

Has anyone thought about GPU overclocking? That's what I used to do with poor hardware and I remember getting around 15-20% uplift on a Radeon r5 m330 and later on a desktop Radeon RX 550.

Overclocking introduces its own set of problems, like instability. That's not say it can't/shouldn't be done, just that it may not work as you'd hope.

Yeah, I know it takes time (and a lot of crashes) to get something practical out of it but it also used to be a very appealing option for me at the time when I couldn't pay for any better hardware.

You can try downgrading the game to the classic version first. The remaster is having a lot of performance issues right now. Right click on your game in the library, select properties > Betas and select the classic version from the drop down menu.

Worse graphics no 12 mods , other than that I don't think so

The beta version has more mods compatible with it , most low quality graphics mods are for beta version not next gen
