It's not just Borderlands 3 with this issue, it's most games that has dx11 and dx12 options. Dx11 will always run smoother than dx12.. sadly. Could be because dx12 is still very new, could also be it's just trash
HI. sorry you are having problems with DX12 in this game. It wasnt until i read your post and did further testing that i realised how broken it was. So DX12 basically halves the frame rate for me at 1080p and DLSS has no benefit when on, i come on discussion to learn and give my feedback in the hope we can all benifit, so please in future when replying to peoples posts be constructive, just saying LOUD NOISE helps no one.
Games built from the ground up with low level APIs like DX12 or Vulkan are a different story.

For those having issues with ghosting and bad frames with Nvidia cards on DX12 there is a mod on nexus to turn dlss2.4 into dlss2.5.
