Remove mods tip

I found out something that caused me a bunch of problems and glitches:
I forgot to remove the HDreworked and a lightning mod from the mods folder. Deleting those files basically fixed the updated version of the game for me.

It should be in the witcher 3 folder. But you have to create it yourself If you want to manually install mods, like i did.
