DLSS Not Supported

I have an RTX 3070 and have run DLSS on every other game possible. Why does this one only give me an option for FSR, but not DLSS?

you probably deleted this file dxil.dll, try verifying game (for rtss and steam overlay only delete d3d11on12.dll)

try using the directx12 version, and if you are, check if you have that file in bin/x64_dx12, if you dont, verify the game files

Thanks for this, I was wondering why steam overlay or RTSS wasn't working.

Have to be in DX12 through the launcher. I have both, so you're doing something wrong

I would avoid the DX12 version. I have the same card man, it runs WORSE than it did before with this new update on DX12.

The DLSS option in the new update is basically tied strictly to AA. You should see it, regardless of DX11/12 under Graphics settings.

I didn't notice this at first but DLSS is set through anti-aliasing maybe you didn't notice that either. You have to move the anti-aliasing bar all the way to the right.

Why do you use DLSS It defeats the purpose of having a 4k monitor.

The AA slider stops at FSR for me, and when I try to slide it further it pops up with "DLSS is not available."

And yes, I've verified game files, and have up to date drivers. For whatever reason the game crashes when I turn on RT. It's like the game thinks I don't have an RTX card.

Did you set dynamic res off? Maybe thats interfering for some reason. Its set on by default.

Yeah. I've toggled that. Tried it both ways, and it doesn't work.

A couple days ago? I checked tonight and it says I'm up to date.

I got the same error. I had to restart the game to get it working. Then after a crash the issue returned. Restarted again and it resolved. No idea what caused it. 3090ti

I had some issues selecting DLSS when using the mouse. Using the keyboard worked for me.
