Disappearing Quest markers
My Quest markers started to disappear yesterday after playing the game for a week. I've checked through all of the tabs for the map icons, and the Quest marker option is not there.

Exiting the game corrected the issue for about two hours, and now the Quest markers are gone again.

Is this a known issue? Is here a fix?

Go to your world map, zoom in so you see the region you're in, for example : The Skellige Isles, then on the left there is a menu where you can filter what's shown on the map. Make sure you select a filter that has "Quest" in it and it should solve your problem.

No, I know all that.

The Quest marker simply isn't there, not on any of the map filters. The only marker is Geralt's location. And that has broken the quest I'm on because I'm chasing some one, and the marker for the person I'm chasing has vanished in the middle of the quest, so i can't continue the quest.

The issue comes and goes. If I verify the files, the markers come back, but eventually I run into the problem again.
