Feline Mastercrafted Steel Sword Missing

I have done just about everything in the base game, I'm trying to get the achievement for getting the bonus for equipping everything mastercraft from a school & I've fully crafted everything mastecraft feline except the sword which the diagram isn't showing up, I went back to Skellige to see if I missed it somehow but it's not there.

maybe around 100+ hours, but I've played through the game before so I basically knew what I was doing.
