Key to Devil's Pit

In the quest "In the Eternal Fire's Shadow" I don't receive the key to the mines and can't enter them. Anyone has a solution?

You have to kill all the bandits and then a cutscene should play.

Nope, not happening.

I take the quest from the priest. He says he's giving me the key to the mines, but I have no key in inventory. I proceed to kill the bandits, nothing happens. I try to opent the gate and it says "you need a key".

You try going back to the priest at the entrance after bandits are dead?

Yep, tried meditating, going out of the area and back, tried loading earlier save and starting the quest again (chosing different dialogue with the priest, killing the bandits in a different way e.g. just sword, no signs etc.). Nothing helped so far.

I had the same issue. I had to DL a mod to enable console command for Next Gen. I then had to kill all the bandits I could find and then use the tilde key to bring up the console command prompt, entered "killall" and the cut scene played. There is a known glitch where sometimes a bandit spawns where you cannot see him - similar to the harpy (or siren?) at the abandoned inn location in Skellige.

Tried that, didn't help. I tried using "addkeys"as well, that gave me all the keys BUT the one to devils pit. Anyone knows the item code for that key?
