Geralt: "Might have missed something"
Geralt said this when I finished all the (optional) side objectives in "In The Eternal Fire's Shadow" quest and started to move towards the way that spectre wanted me to go in the very beginning. I wonder if this is just a bug of a quest and Geralt always says this, or did I really miss something? I'm pretty sure I got EVERYTHING including every single lootable item.

If this is really a bug and he always says this near this point of a tunnel, then its really poorly designed quest as this kind of undermins player's efforts to investigate everything and puts a seed of a doubt.

Well I didn't drink it yet, as I can't really do it (it's in quest items tab and I can't equip it in the quick use slots). I assume it will be consumed when the time comes =\
