HDR = one thing DX12 does better than DX11

Turns out that you can modify HDR settings in settings files in Windows. It's a pain -- it's not an in-game HDR calibration tool -- but it's better than nothing.

And the settings documents he refers to only appear to be offered for DX12. There is no DX11 settings file.

For once, unrelated to RT/DLSS/FSR, DX12 appears to have a (small) clear advantage over DX11 other than 'I think it looks better'.
