Next Gen Update System Requirements ?

OK so i know they're gonna implement RT with the new update.

But will PCs with non-RTX GPUs still be able to run it ?

For example im on this PC

CPU : RYZEN 5 3600
RAM : 16 GB DDR4 - 3200 MHZ
GPU : ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1660 SUPER

Would i still be able to run TW3 next-gen WITHOUT ray-tracing ?

Will there be an option to disable RT in the game ?

Good question, I wonder what it is too. I've got an i7 9700, 3070ti, 32g ram 2666 on win 11.

You'll be fine. And yea I'm sure there will be the option to disable RT, that would be ridiculous otherwise. They know full well that not everyone has the PC to run that kind of thing.

You will still be able to run the game. All new graphical settings have to be enabled. They are additional graphical settings, just like you have to enable/disable Hairworks.

If your question is whether your PC can run the new graphical options then no your PC won’t be able to run RT. However you can still use the same settings out currently do.

In theory you should be able to run W3 NG without RT, however we all remember CP2077 that was "running surprisingly well on current gen consoles".

CP77 worked pretty close to flawless for me on release. But then I am not a console pleb..

I can run CP 2077 on my current PC at 70 FPS on mix of HIGH-ULTRA settings without issues.

It shouldn't. If you can play it well now and do not select all of the changes for graphics and are not using mods, the game should launch and perform the same it has.

Yeah i can play TW3 without any issues with everything on MAX.

I was even able to run TW3 on HIGH settings on my old FX 8300 + GTX 950 at 60 FPS before i upgraded.

Then you should be ok. And actually, maybe have some better visuals than now, because they are adding a popular HD mod some use for better visuals.

Yeah i know they are upgrading the visuals - i am just hoping that the next gen upgrade won't bring my current PC to it's knees. LOL
