No where at full price, but armor and weapon Smith's give the best prices

There are mods that make it so you get the full price on everything though.

So the jewelry with out mods have no value at most?

They ought to make a mod that instantly converts everything you loot into cash, that way you don't have to bother going to a merchant to sell it all... at full price, of course, because we're trashing every known game in the world at this point.

They also ought to make a mod that will instantly kill all enemies the moment they become aware of you because combat is just so... yesterday and boring.

And while they're at it, they ought to make a mod that lets you automatically just complete any quest you begin without having to do all of that pesky fast-traveling to get to your destination and speak to this NPC or get that item. I mean it is 2016, isn't it? Why do we actually have to do anything anymore just to "play" a game, right?
I like the expirience of traveling, I dont want mods, only want to know if in the game you can sell jewerly for a good price

All the jewelry has value when sold.

But the full price says "450" or "250" and all the npc give you only 45 or something like that

Yeah I love how the smiths will buy a sword from you @136 and then will sell it back to you @1500

The exchange rate blows most of the time

I mostly dismantle jewelry and sell the materials as they seem to be worth more total.

I dont know if its only with B&W but jewelry usually gives me several of the gems listed, and they sell for more together than the jewelry did.
