HoS-Where to craft VIPER sword and armors

so i did complete the open sasume quest and i got the viper diagram and i have been lookin for like 10 blacksmiths but the viper diagram isnt on the list, do you know where can i craft the viper armor and sword

I don't have HoS but I guess you need a master blacksmith to craft it.

i found out the problem, its because i have to gather all of the materials then the diagram will be shown on the craft list.

If a smith isn't a high enough level to craft an item it won't appear in their list. For example the grandmaster Witcher gear can only be crafted by one smith, in Toussaint, so if you have the diagrams and go to a different smith they won't be visible as an option to craft.

Yoana (Crow's Perch), Hattori (Novigrad), The Runewright guy from HoS, Lafargue (Toussaint), or any Journeyman armorer/weaponsmith, any of them can craft the Viper gear for you !!!

oh yeah i tried to gather all the materials but still didnt work so i decided to go fergus and did some mission from him which is we have to go to undvik island and get tools from there and now i can craft the viper armor thx
