Impossible to craft enriched dimeritium ore?

Hi,

I have all the items needed to craft some relic crafting components but I cannot find a merchant that would do that? Am I missing something?

Armorer and blacksmith are the only ones that can craft stuff for you.

Okay I found out the issue. Each craftsmen have different skill level. To craft some items you need grand master skilled - which can be found in toussant - southern part of the capital

If you want to find out what skill level is required for an item you can clear the filters in the craft menu

There are 2 master craftsmen in the base version of the game. Armorer Yoana in Crow's Perch, Velen and blacksmith Eibhear Hattori in Novigrad. The grand master items that appear in Toussaint can be crafted only in Toussaint.
I don't see the point in trying to craft the materials needed for a master/grand master item at a craftsman who can't build the item itself.
