The seconds I loaded my save the quests failed for me? Does that mean I can never finis hit now? What the hell!

Sorry man, you missed some cards. You need to start a new game or NG+ if you wan't to finish that quest.

Why does A Matter of Life and Death fail automatically if you miss the Gwent cards during the mission, but not High Stakes? I blew it and saved my game after I lost the first round at a low level, and the reminaing 4 cards I missed there are the only ones I'm still missing but the mission status implies that I can still get the cards I missed during the mission at Passiflora?

I got a big problem with high stakes quest, hope you can help me. I'm at the point where you lift the curse on Uma, so in Kaer Morhen. After finishing the related quest, I got onscreen the notification which says the quest is failed, along with collecting them all quest of course. The thing is I really didn't know that going to Kaer morhen causes the quest to be failed, nor it's specified somewhere on the internet, at least from what I read so far. So I said "never mind, I'm gonna back to some earlier saves", and the thing got even stranger, 'cause also in the saves before Kaer morhen the quest is marked as failed. Wtf happened? Scripts got crazy?
